Erickson Lubin vs. Nathaniel Gallimore

10 rounds, junior middleweights

Erickson Lubin is a very special boxer. He has the kind of talent that you don´t see every day. His record stands at 21-1 with 16 knockout wins. He looked incredible early in his career and really to be honest he looked incredibly good in all fights except the one with Charlo. Going in to the charlo fight it was dubbed a 50/50 pick´em. As a matter of fact, a lot of insiders were picking him in that match-up. Then he gets caught and all of sudden, everybody is playing monday morning quarterback saying they knew he wasn´t ready and he hadn´t had the right fights etc. etc.. Now he has had time to rebuild and is in his toughest fight since he fought Charlo when he squares of against Nathaniel Gallimore who has lost 2 out of his last 3 outings. Gallimore faced Julian Williams last year and was even the favourite going in to that fight. Gallimore was dominated in that fight and really took a beating. Since then he hasn´t really looked the same. He then lost to Patrick Texeira and in his last fight, he won a hard fought split decision over unknown Antonio Todd (6-1).

Lubin is ready to make a statement in this fight. Gallimore is still a very tough fighter but Lubin will have much success with his left hand and inside combinations. We see Erickson Lubin getting the stoppage for a price of -150 (1.65 decimal odds).
